FEB Students Together with Experts, Thoroughly Discuss the Business World in the Digital Economy Era

HumasUPNVJ - In order to realize the creation and increase the number of young entrepreneurs, UPN Veteran Jakarta through the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) is holding an entrepreneurial talk show with the theme "Opportunities and challenges of young entrepreneurs in the digital economy era" which is one of a series of activities for the Anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Business 27th sponsored by OJK, LPS, BNI, BRI Syariah, Bank Mandiri, Bank Indonesia, Top Careers, Pawnshops, Indonesian Accountants Association, Indonesian Military Education Office, AND Indonesian Economists Association.

The event was held at the Garuda UPNVJ Auditorium by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Dianwicaksih Arieftiara, on Thursday (13/02/20). In her remarks, Dianwicaksih expressed her hope that the entrepreneurship talk show event could raise enthusiasm and creative ideas from the talk show participants, totaling 187 students.

The talkshow was attended by several speakers including Drs. H. Markiyat as Chair of the Depok Creative Industry Association and Refaldy Fauzi as CEO of Sneaklin Laundry. Drs. H. Markiyat is also the owner of Mie Khangen, in this talkshoe he explained that in the world of entrepreneurship, students must have a dream that continues to be fought for in order to become a successful entrepreneur, besides that in the digital economy era it is easier to promote business because there is a lot of social media that can be utilized to the fullest.

Not only that, Refaldy Fauzi also shared his experience building his business from when he was in college until now he has branches in Indonesia.

With this activity, it is hoped that students can be inspired and appreciate every process that will be passed when starting a business.
