HumasUPNVJ - As a State University, UPN Veterans Jakarta has the identity of the State Defense Campus , namely a campus that instills an attitude of love for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, awareness of being a nation and a state and willing to sacrifice for the State Unitary Republic of Indonesia. For this reason, the activities of the Creative Collaborative Ethics Learning Stimulation Program (PROSPEKTIV) are carried out to strengthen the character of all UPNVJ students so that they can have the character of defending the country, with integrity, discipline, honesty, being able to adapt quickly and ethically.

PROSPEKTIV activities are also expected to raise awareness of the existence of things that can hinder new student studies, including being able to hinder the achievement of national goals, for example issues of radicalism, terrorism, drug abuse, sexual violence, plagiarism, corruption, and others.
