HumasUPNVJ – As a form of accountability for new student admissions activities in 2021, the team from the UPNVJ Rectorate together with the relevant committee held a meeting to prepare new student admissions reports from the stages National Selection to Enter Higher Education (SNMPTN) , Computer Based Writing Examination – Joint Selection to Enter Higher Education (UTBK-SBMPTN), and Independent Selection (SEMA).

This activity was attended by the Chancellor, Deputy Chancellors and the New Student Admission committee team which was held at the SwisBell Resort Dago Heritage Hotel, 19-21 September 2021. This activity was carried out while still adhering to the Covid-19 Health protocol in accordance with government regulations. The activity was opened by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Anter Venus MA. Comm. Then it was continued with the Chancellor's remarks , in his remarks the Rector stated the purpose of holding this event. " So our current activity is to make an overall report from SNMPTN, SBMPTN and SEMA considering that the time has also been completed." he said

Apart from discussing the 2021 new student admission report, this meeting also discussed web publication activities from each faculty. The results of the interim analysis (until this meeting was held), the Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) still leads the number of publications of news articles on the web with a total of 372 news articles, followed by FIK, FK, Law, FISIP, FEB, and the Faculty of Engineering

Erna also added that this monitoring and evaluation activity must be carried out to improve implementation in the future. “We want each of these activities to be evaluated. Of course the results of this monitoring and evaluation are input for the results of the next activity or year so that our activities are more perfect. So that whoever the committee will later have a template in the form of a soft file and it only remains to be perfected." he said.
