HumasUPNVJ - In order to solve problems shared by New State Universities, the PTNB Forum Meeting was held in parallel, offline at the Century Park Hotel Jakarta and through the zoom meeting platform (24/9/2021) to discuss several matters, including:

1) Follow up on the completion of the appointment of Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK):

A) payment that is accountable for the difference in PPPK salary shortfall, salary payments, allowances attached to salaries, imposition of income tax, PPPK Tendik performance allowances, PPPK lecturer certification allowances, functional allowances for PPPK lecturers and staff, additional assignment allowances, structural allowances, etc.

B) Tenure, career, extension of working period, and PPP competency development

2) Submission of NIDN for non ASN lecturers at PTNB

3) PTNB Forum work program, and others

The offline activity at the Century Park Hotel Jakarta was attended directly by the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta and Chair of the 2021 PTNB Forum, Dr. Drs. Susanta, M.Sc, as well as 30 meeting participants who are representatives of several PTNBs from all over Indonesia while still following health protocols in accordance with government regulations, namely maintaining distance, using medical masks and washing hands regularly / providing personal hand sanitizers .

The Deputy Chancellor / Deputy Director Forum for the second field invited several speakers, including:

Session 1 resource person; Anna Mariana, S.Sc., M.Si , Satya Susanto, S.Sos., MA , Masrul Latif, SIP, M.Si , Dr. M. Samsuri, S.Pd, MT and Joko Santoso with topics regarding Follow-up to the appointment of Government Employees with Employment Agreements (salary payments and salary differences after becoming PPPK, Tendik performance allowances, functional allowances, PPPK service allowances), Planning and accountability at PTNB ,

Session 2 resource persons; Dr. Ir. Paristiyanti Nurwardani, MP, Dra. Dyah Ismayanti, M.Ed Faisal Syahrul, SE with topics regarding Work Agreements, Performance Contacts, NIDN Issues, and Financial Management at PTNB.

This activity was divided into two sessions, starting with the remarks of the Head of the PTNB Forum, in her remarks Susanta thanked all relevant parties who had attended this meeting, "Thank you for the participation of the Deputy Chancellor / Deputy Director for field two who took the time to present. There are many things that we need to discuss regarding the current problems at PTNB, there are many changes, therefore we need a meeting like this so that later there will be many ideas that we can turn into opportunities to solve things we don't understand," he said.

In line with what was conveyed by the Chairperson of the PTNB Forum, UPNVJ Chancellor, Erna Hernawati also conveyed the same thing to all invited guests, "Many changes have occurred in area two, therefore as said by Mr. Santa, this forum aims to be a forum for gathering solutions the best to deal with things that we did not understand before when we changed status to PTNB,” said Erna
