HumasUPNVJ - The Chancellor of the Jakarta Veterans National Development University (UPNVJ) for the first time confirmed graduates directly using strict health protocols.

"Taking into account that currently the vaccination program has been carried out massively, lectures will be tried in a hybrid manner, PPKM conditions in DKI Jakarta have been allowed to carry out activities even though they are still limited, UPNVJ is trying to start holding the 67th graduation offline with strict health protocols," said UPNVJ Chancellor Dr. Erna Hernawati, Ak, CPMA, CA, CGOP in her remarks, on Saturday (25/09/21) at UPNVJ Field, Pondok Labu Campus.

At the 67th Graduation, UPNVJ will inaugurate 1,458 graduates consisting of 119 Diploma Three graduates, 1185 Bachelor graduates, 80 Masters graduates, and 74 Professional graduates.

Technically, the graduation will take place for two days from 25 to 26 September 2021 which will be divided into 3 (three) sessions per day to limit the number of participants who enter the graduation location.

In the implementation process, the graduates were asked to go through several stages, including scanning the care-protect barcode, checking body temperature, washing hands, and entering the graduation location alternately and at a distance from one another.

With the theme of Graduates with Character, Competence, Ready to Work for the Nation with the aim of preparing graduates who are characterized, competent and ready to work for the nation, it is necessary to have a link and match for UPNVJ higher education graduates starting from the 2020/2021 Academic Year. ), where students have the opportunity to take part in programs that are expected to equip them with soft skills and hard skills, "said Erna.

Prof. Ir. Nizam, M.Sc., Ph.D., IPM., ASEAN Eng. The Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture also gave a message to the graduates to maintain the good name of their alma mater.
