Satria also conveyed several foundations for the formation of Mixed Learning Training activities for UPNVJ lecturers.
"Some of the challenges faced by teaching staff in teaching via the network include limited technological knowledge (networked learning tools and platforms, as well as how to manage them effectively), reduced interaction/involvement between teaching staff and students, understanding of effective methods. to measure student achievement in the context of e-learning. "Therefore, effective training in teaching via networks is very important for teaching staff," he said.
On this occasion, Satria also hopes that after taking part in this training, participants will be able. After attending this workshop, participants are expected to be able to apply mixed learning through the use of Leads, present mixed learning plans in courses and plan the creation of learning videos that support CPMK.
