HumasUPNVJ - Entering the 9th day of the implementation of the 2025 Computer-Based Written Examination for the National Selection Based on Tests (UTBK-SNBT), Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta ( UPNVJ ) continues to implement strict supervision to maintain the integrity of the exam and prevent cheating.
Since the first day, UPNVJ has taken various preventive measures against cheating, starting with the initial document verification, where the committee matches the participant's identity through the exam card and official documents such as a grade twelve certificate or diploma and KTP or Student Card. This step is taken to prevent potential cheating or identity misuse.
After that, participants are required to undergo a body check using a metal detector, followed by further document verification before entering the exam room. In an effort to detect prohibited devices that may be hidden, participants are also required to remove footwear as part of the security protocol.
"We implement a multi-layered examination system to ensure that the selection process is fair and free from cheating. This is a form of our commitment to academic integrity," said the Chairperson of the UTBK UPNVJ 2025 Dr. Henry Binsar Hamonangan Sitorus., ST, MT, Friday, May 2, 2025.
In addition to technical security, the committee also actively provides education to participants about the importance of taking the exam honestly. Coordination with security forces and supervision from the Indonesian Ombudsman also strengthen efforts to create an orderly and trustworthy exam atmosphere.
With strict monitoring and inspection measures, UPNVJ is committed to creating a safe, fair, and transparent examination environment for all UTBK-SNBT 2025 participants.
UPNVJ Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm, stated that supervision will continue to be tightened until the end of the UTBK-SNBT implementation to ensure that no participants cheat.
With consistent preventive measures implemented, UPNVJ hopes that all participants can undergo the 2025 UTBK-SNBT optimally and uphold the values of honesty.
