Unilever Future Leaders' League: Naufal UPNVJ's Step to the National Stage

HumasUPNVJ - Muhammad Naufal Zidki, a student of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNVJ), successfully won 3rd Place Group Winner in the prestigious Unilever Future Leaders' League (UFLL) event held at GRHA Unilever, BSD.

UFLL is an annual global competition held by Unilever to find the best young talents from various countries. Through this event, students are challenged to complete real business case studies, work together in teams, and develop leadership and innovation skills in the field of marketing.

Naufal said that he started the competition individually until he managed to enter the top 30 best participants. In the next round, the finalists were randomly combined into cross-university groups. Naufal joined a team called "Gum Fairies" with two other students.

“Synergy within the team is key. We understand each other’s strengths and areas that still need support. I am grateful to be able to share moments with the great people in this team,” said Naufal.

This year’s UFLL case study theme focuses on Pepsodent Gum Expert, which provides attendees with an in-depth experience to learn marketing strategies as well as oral health education.

"UPNVJ students are very capable of competing with students from renowned campuses. What is needed is a commitment to learning comprehensively, not just to win, but to grow and develop," he added.

For Naufal, this competition is not just about winning, but about the process of learning and self-development.

"What I am most grateful for is not only the 3rd place position, but the learning experience and courage to get out of my comfort zone. From here, I can broaden my horizons and build relationships with students from various campuses," he concluded.
