Running Smoothly, UPNVJ Conducts SEMA 2025 Trial

HumasUPNVJ – Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) conducted a trial of the 2025 UPNVJ Independent Selection (SEMA) exam as part of an effort to minimize obstacles that will occur on the day of implementation.

Taking place online on Monday, June 16, 2025, this trial scheme involves SEMA participants and the supervisory team. The goal is to test the security, smoothness, and ease of access of the exam system before the implementation day of SEMA UPNVJ on June 25.

The Chairperson of the SEMA UPNVJ Executive Committee, namely the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Henry Binsar Hamonangan, said that this trial is an important step to ensure that the system works optimally and transparently and with integrity that can be accounted for.

"We want to make sure there are no loopholes in this system," said Henry, who stressed that there is zero tolerance for any form of cheating.

Meanwhile, the Coordinator of New Student Admissions SEMA UPNVJ, Fajar Nugroho, provided direction regarding the rules that must be observed by supervisors and participants.

"There are many things we have to pay attention to, starting from the file checking simulation, to the exam implementation process," said Fajar.

SEMA UPNVJ involved 6,884 participants, with a committee team that became supervisors totaling 178 people. The exam took place at the Limo UPNVJ Campus, using four rooms in the Merce FK Building, FIKES Building and the Faculty of Engineering.

The SEMA UPNVJ organizing committee provides an opportunity for participants who were unable to attend today's trial to take part in a follow-up trial in the period from June 16, 2025 at 15:00 WIB to June 21, 2025 at 15:00 WIB.
