UPNVJ Public Relations – The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of the Veteran National Development University (UPNVJ) Jakarta (UPNVJ) inaugurated its newly renovated workspace on Friday (August 15, 2025). These upgrades aim to support the LPPM's performance improvement, which continues to show positive trends in research and community service activities.
The inauguration was marked by the symbolic lighting of the hall lights by the Rector of UPNVJ, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA., Comm. The event was attended by the academic community, including lecturers and staff of LPPM, and included a "liwetan" activity as a form of gratitude and togetherness.
In her remarks, Prof. Venus emphasized that the facility upgrades demonstrate the university's commitment to supporting the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM). "LPPM's performance continues to improve every year, along with the growing number of members. These new facilities are expected to create a more conducive and representative work environment to boost productivity," she said.
The Head of LPPM UPNVJ, Sri Lestari Wahyuningroem, Ph.D., expressed her gratitude for the support of all those present. "This room is expected to become a productive center for developing research and community service that has a real impact," she said.
The new facility is equipped with modern workspaces and adequate supporting equipment. This renovation is part of UPNVJ's efforts to strengthen the role of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) as a vanguard in research and community service, in line with the university's vision to contribute to national development.
With this new facility, LPPM UPNVJ is optimistic that it can increase the quantity and quality of research, as well as expand the impact of community service at the local and national levels.
