KDM Provides Monthly Financial Assistance to UPNVJ Students at PKKMB 2025

UPNVJ Public Relations - A round of applause colored one of the Introduction to Campus Life sessions for New Students (PKKMB) of the "Veteran" National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) at Tennis Indoor Senayan, when West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi was present as a resource person.

Dedi Mulyadi, known as KDM, began his session by inviting several students to interact live on stage. The interactive session was lively and filled with laughter.

Not only providing advice and guidance, KDM also distributed monthly financial assistance to five UPNVJ students.

One of those who received KDM assistance was Muhammad Nur Baladi Kolbani, a student from Depok studying Sharia Economics. After revealing that his monthly allowance was Rp 1.5 million, KDM challenged him to reduce it to Rp 1 million per month.

"One million a year is subsidized by me," said KDM, which was immediately greeted by cheers from the students.

Not only Muhammad, but KDM also spoke with Saskia Sabrina from the Management Study Program, who admitted to having additional needs like skincare and clothes. KDM's joke about prioritizing her future and skincare drew laughter from the entire room.

This fluid interaction continued, with several other students receiving similar assistance. The warmth and flexibility of the KDM made the PKKMB atmosphere feel intimate and welcoming.
