UPNVJ Holds Data Verification and PKKMB 2025 Equipment Collection for New Students

Public Relations of UPNVJ - Veteran National Development University Jakarta ( UPNVJ ) carried out the process of verifying personal data, taking photos for Student Identity Cards (KTM), and distributing Campus Life Introduction equipment for New Students (PKKMB) in 2025. This activity is intended for all Prospective New Students (Camaba) who have been declared to have passed the UPNVJ entrance selection, starting from the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP), National Selection Based on Computer-Based Written Tests (SNBT-UTBK) and Independent Selection (SEMA).

This stage is mandatory for all prospective students before participating in the PKKMB (Community Empowerment and Development) activities and beginning their studies at UPNVJ. The three-day process, from August 5 to 7, 2025, will be held at the UPNVJ Pondok Labu Campus in South Jakarta.

In this activity, the prospective students were asked to bring important documents for the purposes of verifying personal data, take part in a live KTM photo session, and receive official PKKMB equipment such as alma mater jackets and other attributes.

Arisandi Nugraha, Coordinator of Data and Equipment for Penmaru 2025, stated that the implementation of this data verification is mandatory because PDDIKTI requires the inputted data to be correct, "This data verification is mandatory from PDDIKTI, there must be data that must be ensured to be valid such as NISN, Mother's Name, Population Identification Number, name according to diploma, and place and date of birth. So it must be completely appropriate.
"So we require new students to bring photocopies of their family card and ID card," said Sandi.

"I'm afraid that due to invalid data, when reporting, the changes made to the data will be very complicated," he continued.

"The total number of students who should have come was 1170, but 1132 students came to today's session," Sandi concluded.

This verification is not only an administrative requirement, but also the first step in building a close relationship between students and the campus environment. We want all new students to feel prepared and accepted in the UPNVJ environment.

Participants appeared enthusiastic about the activity, despite having to follow the queues and procedures established by the committee. University officials were also on hand to assist with the verification and equipment collection process, ensuring an orderly and efficient process.

UPNVJ hopes that through this stage, all prospective students will be better prepared to undergo PKKMB and begin their academic journey at this national defense campus.
