IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTIFICATION OF THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY "VETERAN" JAKARTA IN 2025

Announced to the Students of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) especially the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Faculty of Law (FH), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Faculty of Computer Science (FIK), and Faculty of Engineering (FT) Undergraduate and Three-Year Diploma programs Class of 2022, 2023 and 2024. Based on the Rector's Regulation Number 1 of 2024 concerning Academic Standards and Quality Assurance of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta, article 9 concerning the main competencies of study program graduates and the Rector's Regulation Number 47 of 2025 concerning the Educational Guidelines of the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta for the 2025-2026 Academic Year in Chapter 6.4 Evaluation of Progress and Sustainability of studies, both Undergraduate Programs and Diploma Programs receive national/international competency certificates, the National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta facilitates certification activities for FREE . The Microsoft Office Specialist (Excel) certification is offered for the Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, and the Faculty of Law, and the Data Analytics certification is offered for the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Engineering. The certification stages are as follows:

1. Certification Registration:

   1. Participants in this certification activity are all active students of the 2022, 2023, and 2024 intakes of the three-year Bachelor and Diploma programs.

   2. Participants must complete the registration form. The registration link can be found at https://akademik.upnvj.ac.id/. Log in first, then click the main menu and then the International Certification Info submenu.

   3. Registration form submission starts from 15 – 17 October 2025 at 11.00 WIB.

   4. Limited quota (only 708 available).

2. Pre-Test Activities:

   1. A pre-test is conducted before certification begins to obtain a baseline level of competency. The results of the pre-test will determine whether participants will proceed to the certification exam.

   2. The Pre-Test Guide can be downloaded at https://s.id/panduanpretestsertifikasiinternasionalupnvj

   3. The Pre-Test is carried out online via the page https://www.pxmatics.com. Information on username, password, schedule, and Pre-test guide can be seen on the page https://akademik.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first then clicking the main menu and clicking the International Certification Info submenu.

   4. The pre-test schedule is as specified.
   5. The pre-test will last 50 minutes. Once logged in, you must complete the test within the allotted time.
   6. Students should not make any changes to their Pre-Test account profiles, as this will impact the assessment.
   7. The Pre-Test is a Multiple Choice type with 25 questions.
   8. Make sure your laptop/PC has a stable internet connection and your laptop/PC uses the Google Chrome browser.
   9. The Pre-Test will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, according to the predetermined schedule.

   10. Pre-Test results, zoom tutorial links and certification exam schedules can be seen on the page https://akademik.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first then clicking the main menu and clicking the International Certification Info submenu.

   11. For participants who do not proceed to the certification exam stage, please continue to watch the next announcement.
3. Tutorial Activities:
   1. Tutorial activities are carried out to provide a brief in-depth understanding of the material according to the type of certification being followed.

4. Certification Exam Activities:
   1. The Certification Exam will be held offline at the Pondok Labu campus, Soetomo Building, Library, 2nd floor.
   2. The schedule, room, and guide for creating a certification exam account can be seen on the page https://akademik.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first, then clicking the main menu and clicking the International Certification Info submenu.
   3. Each participant creates an exam account one day before the exam.
   4. The certification exam lasts 50 minutes. Participants must arrive 45 minutes before the exam begins.
   5. Certification exam results can be viewed immediately after completing the exam.
   6. For participants who pass, they are required to immediately register and upload their certificates to the presma.upnvj.ac.id page.
5. Closing
   1. All participants are required to follow UPN “Veteran” Jakarta social media to stay up to date with the latest information.
