UPNVJ Public Relations — The National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) received a visit from the Borneo Tarakan University (UBT) in the context of the Information Sharing activity on Improving Achievements through Cascading IKU to the Faculty Level, which took place in the Nusantara II Room, Pondok Labu Campus, Monday, November 3, 2025.
This visit was welcomed directly by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Cooperation, and Information Systems of UPNVJ, Dr. Ria Maria Theresa, Sp.KJ., MH and her staff.
In her remarks, Dr. Ria expressed her appreciation and gratitude for UBT's initiative to conduct a comparative study at UPNVJ as an effort to strengthen the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) implementation strategy within the university environment.
"We are very open to sharing our experiences regarding the IKU cascading strategy with faculty, particularly in promoting student and faculty achievement. IKU achievement isn't just about numbers, but about how the entire academic community understands the university's overall strategic direction," he said.
During the meeting, the two universities exchanged information regarding the IKU implementation mechanism, performance achievement monitoring and evaluation system, and steps to strengthen the culture of achievement at the faculty and study program levels.
Rukisah, S.Pi., M.Si., Ph.D., Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Planning, and Cooperation of UBT also expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome given by UPNVJ and hoped that this visit could strengthen the collaborative network between institutions in realizing adaptive and performance-oriented higher education governance.
The meeting included an interactive discussion session, marking the two universities' shared commitment to continuously improve the quality and performance of their academic achievements.
