Public Relations of UPNVJ – The National Development University “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) has successfully won the 2025 Higher Education Award from Diktisaintek in the Category of Public Service Agency State Universities (PTN BLU), Sub-Category of Achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) in 2024 Best 2. This award was received in recognition of UPNVJ's consistent efforts in improving the quality of education and social impact. UPNVJ Rector, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA., Comm, stated that this achievement is a momentum to accelerate the transformation of the institution to have a greater impact on society and the nation.
Prof. Venus explained that this success is the result of collaboration across the academic community focused on transforming governance, improving academic quality, and strengthening the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. These achievements include progress in various strategic indicators, such as graduate quality, collaboration with the business and industrial world, strengthening practicing lecturers and applied research, and adaptive and accountable institutional management. All of this aligns with the policy of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (Diktisaintek), which emphasizes the tangible contribution of higher education institutions to national development.
"This award is a recognition of UPNVJ's seriousness in implementing the IKU substantially, not merely administratively, but truly oriented towards the impact on students, society, and the nation," said Prof. Venus.
He also emphasized that this award is not the end of the struggle, but rather an encouragement to continue improving. UPNVJ is committed to expanding collaboration and ensuring that every program provides added value to the public. "We interpret this recognition as a mandate to maintain consistent performance, so that the transformation continues and the impact becomes more tangible," said Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm.
