UPNVJ Establishes Strategic Partnership with LSP Quantum HRM International

UPNVJ Public Relations - Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) is strengthening its path to becoming a world-class university by establishing a strategic partnership with PT Quantum HRM Internasional. This partnership was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Cooperation Agreement (MoA), which focuses on developing human resource management systems, competency certification, and strengthening the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
The signing ceremony, which took place in the UPNVJ Rectorate Meeting Room, was attended directly by the university's leadership and the President Director of Quantum HRM International, Prof. Dr. Pribadiyono, Ir., MS.
The Chancellor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta stated that the collaboration with Quantum HRM International is a concrete step in realizing the vision of a globally competitive National Defense campus.
"We recognize that in this era of disruption, a diploma alone is not enough. Our lecturers, students, and staff must have credible competency certifications. Quantum HRM International has an outstanding track record in helping organizations optimize their human potential through a scientific system," said the Rector.
The Head of the UPNVJ Competency Testing Service Unit, Dr. Kusumajanti, S.Sos., M.Si., explained that this collaboration is a step "binding" both parties to provide added value. Quantum HRM will assist UPNVJ in preparing KAN accreditation documents and provide full access to the use of their certification scheme.
"We have a commitment with Quantum HRM for three main things: accelerating KAN accreditation for our Personal Certification Institute, UPNVJ utilizing the Quantum certification scheme, and jointly developing new test materials," said the Head of UPA LUK UPNVJ when met after the event.
Synergy of Assessors and Trainers on an International Scale One of the crucial points in this agreement is improving the competency of UPNVJ lecturers so that they are able to become Certified International Trainers (CIT) and Certified International Personnel Assessors (CIPA).
"The requirements are clear: our lecturers must be CIT and CIPA certified. This way, UPNVJ lecturers can act as both trainers and assessors in this international scheme. If the trainer is from UPN, then the assessor is from Quantum, or vice versa. This is a very strong synergy," he added.
On the other hand, the Executive Director of Quantum HRM International, Prof. Dr. Pribadiyono, welcomed UPNVJ's enthusiasm. "We very much welcome UPNVJ's enthusiasm and grand vision. This collaboration is not just a signature on paper, but a commitment to take UPNVJ beyond national standards," he said.
