25 UPNVJ Students Undertake Social Missions in Aceh Tamiang

UPNVJ Public Relations - The National Veteran Development University (UPNVJ) Jakarta has once again demonstrated its commitment as a National Defense Campus through the implementation of a Community Service Program (KKN) in Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh Province. This program demonstrates UPNVJ's dedication to the community, particularly in areas requiring social assistance, education, and community empowerment.

The event began with an official farewell ceremony for the Humanitarian Community Service Program students, conducted by UPNVJ leadership on campus on Monday (February 2, 2026).

The farewell ceremony for the Humanitarian Community Service Program students was held as a form of institutional support for the students who will be carrying out community service. In their remarks, the UPNVJ leadership conveyed the message that all students should uphold the university's reputation, uphold the values of national defense, and be able to adapt and contribute significantly to the Aceh Tamiang community.

"This is UPNVJ's third program sending humanitarian volunteers to the Sumatra region. Through this Humanitarian Community Service Program, students are expected to apply their knowledge, build collaborations with the community, and present beneficial and sustainable solutions," he said.

This Humanitarian Community Service Program (KKN) involves 25 students from across faculties who will be deployed to several villages in Aceh Tamiang. During the KKN, the students will undertake various work programs focused on education, health, the environment, social issues, and community economic empowerment.
