HumasUPNVJ - As an effort to improve performance and develop community service outcomes for lecturers in the UPN Veterans Jakarta (UPNVJ) environment, the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) again held a Webinar with a discussion of Community Service Governance (Abdimas), on Wednesday (25/08/ 21).
As an opening Sri Lestari Wahyuningroem, MA., Ph.D, as Chair of LPPM UPNVJ said the webinar with a discussion of community service governance is quite important to listen to because according to him the UPNVJ lecturers need a lot of input to re-develop the output of effective community service for agencies and the community wide.
"In my opinion, this topic is a very important discussion, because this public servant is often asked about the output where the desired output will also improve the performance of lecturers, so we need input to develop community service outcomes for lecturers in the UPNVJ environment," said Sri Lestari Wahyuningroem who usually called Ayu.
In this webinar, LPPM UPNVJ invited a reliable reviewer, Prof. Dr. Okid Parama Astirin, MS as the National Reviewer of DRPM who is also Chair of the LPPM Sebelas Maret University.
Explaining the guidelines set by the government, explaining the stages and management of community service activities up to the assessment and preparation of what must be fulfilled to achieve the desired target.
Prof. Okid also explained how to form good performance to be included in the service performance in the Ministry of Education and Culture's public service assessment application.
Besides that, Prof. Okid also reminded again to look again at the transformation of higher education through the 8 Main Performance Indicators (IKU) which can be the output targets of community service.
