The Chancellor Gives 3 Best UPNVJ Lecturers Awards in 2021

HumasUPNVJ - In an effort to increase the motivation of lecturers to work harder and smarter in carrying out the tridharma of higher education, UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) gave awards to the 3 (three) best lecturers who were included in a series of Journal and Publication of Abdimas Outcome Webinar activities, on Monday (23/08/21).

The announcement of the best lecturer was delivered directly by Satria Yudhia W., SE, MS. Ak., Head of the UPNVJ Development, Learning and Quality Assurance Institute (LP3M).

The 1st (one) ranking best lecturer award was won by Dr. Acim Heri Iswanto, SKM., MARS, lecturer at the Faculty of Health Sciences, won 2nd place (two) by Ns. Desmawati., SKP., M.Kep., Sp.Mat., PhD, lecturer at the Faculty of Health Sciences and the 3rd (three) rank winner was obtained by Dr. Beniharmoni Harefa., SH., LLM, lecturer at the Faculty of Law.

In this case Dr. Erna Hernawati, Ak, CPMA, CA, CGOP Rector of UPNVJ said that the awarding of outstanding lecturers was a form of appreciation for the lecturers as well as to motivate the lecturers concerned and other lecturers.

"There are three outstanding lecturers announced. Hopefully they can become role models and motivate other lecturers," said Erna.

Erna said that usually the awarding of outstanding lecturers was carried out to coincide with the commemoration of Indonesian independence every August 17.

This year, the award was postponed and given at the Research and Community Service Week.

"Giving awards to outstanding lecturers in the future will become a routine event in the Research and Community Service Week," he said.

Satria also said that the award given was an appreciation to increase lecturer motivation to work harder and smarter in implementing higher education tridharma and increasing university productivity as well as growing lecturer pride in their profession.

"There are three sector indicators in this assessment which include indicators in the education and learning sector, the research sector and the community service sector," said Satria.
