UPNVJ Public Relations – The Chancellor of the Veteran National Development University (UPNVJ), Prof. Anter Venus, conducted a direct inspection of the first day of the 2026 Computer-Based Written Examination for the National Selection Based on Tests (UTBK SNBT) at the UPNVJ UTBK Center (April 21, 2026). This activity aims to ensure that the entire series of exams runs smoothly, orderly, and in accordance with established operational standards.
During the inspection, the Chancellor was accompanied by the core implementation team, including the Chief Executive, Secretary, Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Coordinator, Implementation Coordinator, Information and Communication Technology Coordinator, and Public Relations Coordinator. The Chancellor and his team toured several exam locations on campus to directly monitor the condition of the exam rooms, the readiness of computer equipment, and technical implementation on the ground. The inspection also included interaction with local committees to ensure that all procedures were being carried out optimally.
On the occasion, Prof. Venus stated that the implementation of the UTBK SNBT is a national agenda that requires thorough preparation from all parties. Therefore, UPNVJ is committed to providing the best service for exam participants, from facilities and security to comfort during the test.
"This review is important to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly and provides a sense of security and comfort for participants. We want to ensure there are no significant obstacles, either technical or non-technical," he said.
Meanwhile, Henry BH Sitorus, Head of the UPNVJ UTBK SNBT Center, stated that the first day of the exam went smoothly. All exam equipment functioned properly, and participants were able to take the exam according to the scheduled schedule. The implementation team has also prepared various anticipatory measures, including technical support from the ICT team and a strict monitoring system to minimize potential disruptions during the exam.
Through this review, it is hoped that the implementation of the UTBK SNBT at UPNVJ can continue to run optimally until the final day, and reflect the institution's commitment to supporting a transparent, accountable, and high-quality national selection.
