UPNVJ Holds 2026 Job Fair, with 18 Companies Present to Connect Students to the World of Work

UPNVJ Public Relations – Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) held the 2026 UPNVJ Job Fair on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, to expand career opportunities for students, prospective graduates, and alumni. This event serves as a meeting place between higher education and industry, bridging the need for professional workers with the potential of UPNVJ graduates. Through this event, students can obtain job opening information, learn about industry needs, and build direct networks with companies.

The event was officially opened by the Head of the Career Development and Entrepreneurship (PKK) Unit at UPNVJ, Catur Nugrahaeni., M.Kom. In her remarks, she emphasized that the job fair is one of the campus' strategic programs to assist students in entering the workforce in a more targeted manner.

"Through this activity, we want to help UPNVJ students who will soon graduate to have wider access to getting jobs," said Catur.

According to Catur, the presence of companies at the 2026 UPNVJ Job Fair is a vital part of the student career development ecosystem. He expressed his appreciation to all industry partners who participated and created job opportunities for UPNVJ students and alumni.

"We hope you can join us again next semester. Hopefully, next year we can hold an even bigger event than this year. If any job openings become available in the future, we are very open to receiving and sharing them with UPNVJ students and alumni," he added.

A total of 18 companies participated in the UPNVJ Job Fair 2026. These companies include PT Bio Sejahtera Indonesia, TP Indonesia, PT Legalitas Mudah, PT Wahana Harta Nusantara, PT Rasendria Nala Saputra, BKB Nurul Fikri or PT Indonesia Juara Semesta, PT Mitra Talenta Group or Celerates, PT Pharos Indonesia, PT Tridaya Dimensi Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk., PT Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera or GIAS Group, PT Prima Fajar Cahaya Surya, PT Sinau Indonesia Sejahtera, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk., TPM Group, PT Kitar Technology Indonesia, NoLimit Indonesia, and PT Triatra Sinergia Pratama which is a member of Astra.

The participation of various companies across sectors demonstrates the high industry demand for college graduates with academic competency, job skills, adaptability, and readiness to face the dynamics of the professional world. For students, job fairs serve not only as a place to find work but also as a means to understand recruitment standards, work culture, and the competencies required by the industry.

UPNVJ, through its UPA PKK (Family Welfare Development Program), continues to strengthen career services, including disseminating job vacancy information, providing job readiness assistance, and collaborating with industry partners. This initiative aligns with the university's need to ensure that its graduates not only achieve academic excellence but also compete and contribute to the workforce.
