Prof. Venus stated that public information disclosure at UPNVJ is not implemented solely to meet standards set by the Central Information Commission, but rather as part of the institution's commitment to implementing good university governance based on the principles of good university governance . According to her, information disclosure is a crucial prerequisite for managing an accountable and transparent institution.

"For us, being an informative institution is a necessity. Openness to the public regarding various university policies and management is part of implementing our service principles," said the Rector.

Prof. Venus emphasized that the SAQ form was filled out based on facts and actual practices implemented within UPNVJ. She also commended the public relations and integrated services departments for their role as the vanguard. "All administrators have worked optimally to realize UPNVJ as an informative university," added Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, MA, Comm.

The 2025 Public Agency Information Disclosure Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) involved 387 public agencies across various categories.
