UPNVJ Expands Selection of Selected Providers in 2026 for Transparent Procurement

UPNVJ Public Relations – Veteran National Development University Jakarta (UPNVJ) officially opened registration for Selected Providers for the 2026 Fiscal Year through the Selected Provider List Information System (SiDapet). Registration is open from April 1, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. WIB (Western Indonesian Time) to April 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. WIB. This step is part of UPNVJ's efforts to strengthen the governance of goods and services procurement to be more open, orderly, and digitally documented.

Through the online channel, UPNVJ opens various categories of provider registration, including internet network and telecommunication services, cooperative services, human resources services, Public Accounting Firm consulting services, e-book , e-journal , and textbook providers, publishing and printing services, office stationery, convection and merchandise services, media and advertising services, hotel services, MICE or event organizer services, laboratory equipment calibration services, laboratory equipment and medical equipment, software licensing, computers and multimedia systems, electronic equipment and household equipment, furniture and interiors, to construction services as well as construction planning and supervision services.

The entire registration process is conducted online through the UPNVJ SiDapet app. This channel serves as the primary gateway for prospective providers to view available packages, review requirements, upload qualification documents, and monitor the selection process. On the official website, UPNVJ also lists the UKPBJ procurement service contact details via email to assist with communication and administrative verification.

In general, the qualification documents requested for registration include company data, legal entity status, management structure, Business Identification Number (NIK) that corresponds to the business classification of the selected package, tax documents such as a valid NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number), valid KSWP (Taxpayer Identification Number), and the most recent tax return (SPT), as well as technical support in the form of experts, facilities, equipment, and company financial reports. The details of the technical requirements vary depending on the nature of each procurement category, so prospective suppliers should carefully review the required documents for their selected package before submitting their files.
